		<description>As yet IRPBC hasn&#039;t developed a specific position on foster care or adoption, however you can extrapolate one from the article above. The party believes a child should be raised by both its biological parents. Failing that, being raised by adoptive parents with the same characteristics as both its biological parents would be the next best option. Foster care is, in effect, a way station en route to that outcome and is clearly necessary in some cases.
